The LVVS is a voluntary organisation which receives no regular funding from central or local government. Consequently, donations of any size are always very welcome! See below for ways to help us and thank you for your support.

Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, any donations can be ‘gift aided’, allowing us to claim tax relief. A gift aid form can be downloaded here (please contact us if you’d prefer a form by post)
Donating an Item
Donations of items for sale, use or to add to the museum’s collection are welcome – this can include tools, or photographs or artefacts relating to the motor trade, haulage and bus / coach industries (e.g. old uniform items, badges etc.)
But please contact us first to make sure we are ready and able to accept any items
Legacy Giving
Our new building, opened in 2010, was largely funded by two substantial legacies, and we welcome legacies of any size to help with our continuing development. If you would like to think about leaving a legacy to the Society, please get in touch.
